The Supplemental Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, B/E - FSI Document C1FS189-D15 Revision IR, dated March 5, 2026, or later FAA accepted revision must be incorporated into the operator's maintenance program.

The EWIS ICA Source Document, B/E - FSI Document C1FS189-D16, Revision IR, dated February 25, 2026, or later FAA accepted revision must be incorporated into the operator's maintenance program.

Limitations and Conditions, continued:

See B/E - FSI MDL C1FS189-D01 Revision K dated February 2, 2026, or later FAA approved revisions for eligible airplane serial numbers.

A copy of this certificate and B/E - FSI MDL C1FS189-D01 Revision K, dated February 2, 2026, or later FAA-approved revisions, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the applicable modified aircraft.

Operate in accordance with FAA approved Weight and Balance Manual Supplement 50-27-03 Revision 03, dated March 14, 2026 or later FAA approved revisions.

Concurrent installation of Mammoth Freighters LLC FAA STC ST12333LA for a Passenger to Freighter conversion is required for all aircraft modified by this STC.
