1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

1. Demonstration of TPED Tolerance must be in accordance with B/E Aerospace Ltd. Modification Data Summary R243000, Revision NC, dated September 18, 2025, or later Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved revision.

2. Operation must be in accordance with the following:

a. For Challenger 300 aircraft: Airplane Flight Manual Supplement R243090, Revision A, TCCA approved January 9, 2026, or later TCCA approved revision.

b. For Challenger 350/3500 aircraft: Airplane Flight Manual Supplement R243091, Revision A, TCCA approved January 9, 2026, or later TCCA approved revision.

3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make-Model including Challenger 300, Challenger 350, and Challenger 3500 designations.

4. Operation must be in accordance with the Limitations section of the applicable Airplane Flight Manual Supplement referenced in the Description of Type Design Change section of this STC.

5. This STC does not constitute an operational approval for the use of portable electronic devices (PED) on board. Operational approval must be obtained from the responsible airworthiness authority.

6. This STC does not constitute installation approval of a wireless radio frequency system using wireless data technologies. It only provides data that may partially support its installation or activation.

7. This STC is approved only for the basic BD-100-1A10 aircraft configuration without the Safe Flight “AutoPower” system or Collins Aerospace Heads-Up Guidance System (HGS) installed. Any modification to the basic aircraft configuration may require re-evaluation of TPED tolerance.
