1. Installation of Acro Series 9 Seats Economy Class Seats in 189 Y/C layout in accordance with KNSI Aviation Engineering 25E044-MDL-001, Revision 01, dated April 16, 2026, or later EASA approved revisions.

(See Description of Type Design Change Continued on Page 3 of 3)

2. Maintenance in accordance with KNSI Aviation Engineering Instructions for Continued Airworthiness 25E044 - ICA-001, Revision 00, dated March 25 2026, or later EASA accepted revisions.

2. Installation of a non-electrical photoluminescent escape path marking system (FAA STC ST01829AT) is a prerequisite for this STC and must be installed concurrently.

3. Installation of HAFEX UL fire extinguisher (FAA STC ST00079IB) is a prerequisite for this STC and must be installed concurrently.

4. Installation of a non-textile floor covering (Modification No. 2527EO4118) is a prerequisite for this STC and must be installed concurrently.

5. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

6. Maintenance must be done in accordance with the Airworthiness Limitation (AWL) documents listed in the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness referenced in the Description section.

7. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Certification Basis:

The certification basis for this modification is based upon Part 25 as specified in Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) A16WE, except for areas changed or affected by the design change, for which the certification basis is the TCDS plus: 14 CFR Part 25 regulations at Amendment 25-116: 25.853 (a) and 25.853 (c).
