1. Installation of a new VIP cabin interior for 19 passengers and two required Cabin Crew for private operation in accordance with AMAC Aerospace MDL-MI01-2500, Revision B, dated June 8, 2026, or later EASA approved revisions.

2. Maintenance in accordance with AMAC Aerospace Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA-MIO1-2500, Revision A, dated April 2, 2026, or later EASA accepted revisions.

3. Operated in accordance with AMAC Aerospace Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement AFMS-MI01-2500, Revision A, dated March 10, 2026, or later EASA approved revisions.

2. Embodiment of Fin Top Antenna TIOS Radome Installation (FAA STC ST04447NY) is a prerequisite for this STC and must be installed concurrently.

3. Embodiment of WLAN Activation (FAA STC ST04664NY) is a prerequisite for this STC and must be installed concurrently.

4. Embodiment of Certification of Wireless Charging Stations for PEDs (FAA STC ST00105IB) is a prerequisite for this STC and must be installed concurrently.

5. Embodiment of Halon-free Portable Fire Extinguisher Installation (FAA STC ST00126IB) is a prerequisite for this STC and must be installed concurrently.

6. Embodiment of Fabrication of Lightweight Window Plugs (FAA STC ST01091SE) is a prerequisite for this STC and must be installed concurrently.

7. Maximum passenger seating capacity is limited to 19 Passengers and only in the seats designated as eligible to be occupied during taxi, takeoff and landing.

8. Maintenance must be in accordance with the Airworthiness Limitations Section of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness identified in the Description section of this STC.

9. Operation must be in accordance with the Limitations section of the Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement identified in the Description section of this STC.

10.The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

11.If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

The certification basis for this modification is based upon Part 25 as specified in Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) A16WE, except for the areas changed or affected by the design change, for which the certification basis is the TCDS plus:

- Compliance with Special Federal Aviation Regulation (SFAR) No. 109.

- Exemption No. 25386.
