Installation of a Digital Public Telephone System (Gentar) installed per GTE Airfone STC Documentation Checklist AFD70-2018-00, Rev. 2, dated July 21, 1994, or later FAA Approved revision.

1. Compatability of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

2. All seatbacks and bulkheads on which an Airfone is mounted must be of the breakaway type or have no injurious objects in the head strike radius.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
