Description of Type Design Change: Installation of AlliedSignal Mark VII Ground Proximity Warning System with Windshear Detection System in accordance with Kal-Aero, Inc., Drawing List KA9602-05R, revision Ø, dated February 8, 1996, FAA approved March 9, 1996, or later FAA approved revision.

1. FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, KA9602-08R, revision Ø, dated February 19, 1996 , FAA approved March 9, 1996, or later FAA approved revision is required.

2. Compatibility of this design change with previously appr oved modifications must be determined by the installer.

3. A copy of this Certificate and Flight Manual Supplement must be maintained as part of the permanent records of the modified aircraft.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
