Replace "0" ring stem seal of quick valve. 2. Annual\100-hr. inspections required by FAR 91.409 must include inspection of fabric condition as defined by the latest issue of Aerostar Instructions For Continued Airworthiness. C. Envelope must be inspected for heat damage, including strength tests of fabric, if template "tell- tales" show temperature of 275oF has been exceeded. Templates are installed in seams at center of top cap all models. D. The fabric and the hook and pile closure tapes shall be inspected as outlined in Aerostar Instructions For Continued Airworthiness. E. Criteria for repairing the envelope fabric must be obtained from Aerostar and must be accomplished in accordance with FAR 43 and AC 43.13. F. All Inspections, testing, repairs, and replacements must be accomplished in accordance with the latest issue of Aerostar Instructions For Continued Airworthiness. G.
