There were no injuries to the flightcrew or passengers and the plane was not damaged. The flight was conducted under the provisions of 14 CFR part 121 as a regularly scheduled passenger flight from Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). Visual meteorological conditions prevailed at the time of the incident.
