The certification basis for each model qualified for this modification is detailed below.
Note: Variation in cert basis from model to model is allowed if properly documented in this section and approved by the FAA. For such cases, it may be necessary to reflect these variations in model specific compliance checklists.
Note: List any regulations that have been applied to the system itself under the assumption the rest of the airplane stays at the original certification basis according to § 21.101 and associated guidance. Examples include §§ 23.1301 and 23.1309 for electronic systems, which may not have been considered in the original certification basis of each model.
