d. Recurrent Training Completion Standards. Each pilot should meet the ATP and Aircraft Type Rating PTS (FAA-S-8081-5, current edition) to successfully complete recurrent training.
NOTE: FAA inspectors are exempt from the recurrent program. FAA inspectors must comply with their internal recurrent training requirements.
8. DIFFERENCES TRAINING. A pilot should accomplish differences training in an upgraded EA-500 prior to acting as PIC in an EA-500 with that upgrade. The following table is the minimum training times when transitioning from the base model to the models equipped with the Avio NG 1.0 upgrades and extended tip tank (ETT) modification:
