Description of Type Design Change :Installation of JAARS Model F5K Automatic Flight Following System (AFFS) in aircraft listed in Approved Model List, AML-AFFS-2003-02, Revision IR, dated June 10, 2004 or later FAA Approved Revision. Modification is to be accomplished in accordance with Master Drawing List, MDL-AFFS-2003-02, Revision IR, dated August 30, 2004, or later FAA Approved Revision.

Limitations and Conditions : This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will produce no adverse affect upon the airworthiness of that airplane. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, FMS-AFFS-2003-02, dated September 1, 2004, or later FAA approved revision is a required part of this STC.
