ALSO DISCOVERED ONE INTERCONNECT NIPPLE THAT WAS IMPROPERLY BONDED DURING MFG PROCESS. FUEL CELL MFG BY FLOATS AND FUEL CELLS (FFSDR 2013FA0000296Fuel Cell · leakingL/E INBD FUEL TANK LEAKING. AFTER REMOVING THE TANK A LEAK CHECK REVEALED A SEAM WAS NOT COMPLETELY BONDED DURING MANUFACTURING PROCESS.
