TROUBLESHOOTING REVEALED A LARGE MAXIMUM POINT GAP AND CORRESPONDING ERRONEOUS E-GAP. CLOSER EXAMINATION REVEALED THE TUNGSTEN CONTACT BECAME UNATTACHED FROM THE RIVET ON THE FRAME SIDE OF THE CONTACT ASSEMBLY.
