From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Narrative: the airplane was on a maintenance check flight after airframe repairs on the landing gear and engine tear down inspection. The gear selected "up" normally and uneventfully. On down selection a flyby was done to ascertain landing gear extension since no "down" light was obtained. Tower confirmed all gears partially extended. All efforts were made using normal recycling and emergency selections. The gear failed to extend fully. A gear up landing was made after adequate fuel burn off was achieved. No injuries. This incident is closed.
