From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Narrative: after landing at Robert Mueller Municipal Airport, Austin, Texas, Mr. Derek lee proceeded to taxi to the parking area. Mr. Lee occupied the right seat and had to rely on the parking brake for braking action, as there are no brake pedals on the right. While turning onto the parking ramp, Mr. Lee realized that there was not sufficient brake pressure to stop the aircraft. As the aircraft left the paved ramp area and proceeded on the grass, Mr. Lee shut off the engines prior to the propellers striking the ground, as the aircraft went into a shallow ditch. This office considers this incident closed.
