From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Narrative: main rotor RPM could not be maintained in the "green" at 75 percent torque in normal cruise. The aircraft was returned to base. When applying power at a hover to terminate the approach, main rotor RPM could not be maintained. An uneventful run-on landing was accomplished. Maintenance performed a pneumatic check on both engines with good results. The engine inlets and combustion areas were checked and no damage was found. Customer bleed air lines were checked. A line was tightened at the engine center firewall. An operational check flight was performed and rotor RPM was normal. The aircraft was returned to service. Further investigation revealed fuel contamination caused this and the incidents reported inprivacy data omitted

As the FAA filed it

FURTHER INVESTIGATION REVEALED FUEL CONTAMINATION CAUSED THIS AND THE INCIDENTS REPORTED IN^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^
