From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Narrative: pilot departed for a local VFR flight. Aircraft preflight and run-up seemed normal. Maintenance was recently performed on the aircraft brakes. After landing which was normal, one brake locked up during the end of the rollout. The aircraft sustained minor damage, and there were no injuries to the pilot (sole occupant). As a followup, the mechanic inspected the aircraft and found the brake pads were not properly seated, and corrected the problem. No violation of regulations can be substantiated. This incident and report is closed.
