Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-16) Airman stated that he attached a sling load consisting of 2 55 gal drums of fuel to the external load hook and in doing so he inadvertently placed the sing cable over the right skid. When he attempted to takeoff, the weight of the load pulled the skid down and during the recovery the left rear skid made hard contact with the ground causing the skid mount to break and puncturing the belly of the aircraft and fuel cell.privacy data omitted
