From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Narrative: co-owner of airplane was in VFR traffic pattern for runway 18, practicing touch-and-go landings. On second landing roll out, the nose gear folded followed by the left main. Touch down was normal. The wind was calm. The pilot planned on a full stop. Pilot had visually checked and saw illuminated green light indicating gear down. No aural warning when the power was reduced to idle. Retraction occurred around 80 to 90 knots. Subsequent investigation by maintenance personnel found a faulty gear power relay. Investigation continuing. It was found that the landing gear retract motor relay was operating intermittently. A functional test of the landing gear position and warning systems were completed. Both systems operated normally.
