From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Narrative: after landing at 35R, the pilot noted he was having trouble controlling the direction of the taxi path. The aircraft kept veering to the left so control was managed by power application to raise the tail wheel and braking. While in a power taxi approaching an FBO ramp, the aircraft ground looped to the left, striking the right tail boom of a parked Cessna 337, N1288M. There were no injuries to the pilot and one passenger aboard the CE-120 and damage to both aircraft was not of major degree. Inspection of the CE-120 tail wheel mounting bracket, ipc figure 23, item 37, exhibited counter clockwise torsional loading, buckling and was vertically cracked along the right bracket stiffener.
