What happened

Tried to land downwind but began a go around made vertical bank and fell thru hangar roof exited. Burned. (-23) aircraft attempted a touch and go landing on runway 07 at Carroll county airport. During climb out aircraft made left turn to the north and struck the roof of a hangar. The aircraft broke through the roof, burst into flames and broke through the aft wall of the hangar. The pilot and his passenger sustained fatal injuries.

TRIED TO LAND DOWNWIND BUT BEGAN A GO AROUND MADE VERTICAL BANK AND FELL THRU HANGAR ROOF EXITED. BURNED. (-23) AIRCRAFT ATTEMPTED A TOUCH AND GO LANDING ON RUNWAY 07 AT CARROLL COUNTY AIRPORT. DURING CLIMB OUT AIRCRAFT MADE LEFT TURN TO THE NORTH AND STRUCK THE ROOF OF A HANGAR. THE AIRCRAFT BROKE THROUGH THE ROOF, BURST INTO FLAMES AND BROKE THROUGH THE AFT WALL OF THE HANGAR. THE PILOT AND HIS PASSENGER SUSTAINED FATAL INJURIES.
