From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Narrative: after .8 hours of flight, the pilot attempted a landing when the aircraft veered to the right immediately after touch down. The left wing tip hit the runway, causing the aircraft to veer left, bringing the right wing tip to the runway. The aircraft then went into the grass on the left side of the runway, nosed down, and went slowly over on its back as it stopped. There were no injuries and damage to the aircraft included a broken propeller, bent heat box, bent left gear and minor damage to both wing tips.
