From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

Narrative: on landing on r/w 02, the aircraft drifted to the left and left the runway approximately 3/4 of the way down. The aircraft sustained minor damage. The pilot stated: "after a normal approach to landing the aircraft touched down just past the numbers for runway 02. Winds were out of the northwest. Touchdown was normal and on the centerline. The aircraft continued down the runway centerline for several hundred feet. Slight braking was evenly applied, thereafter the aircraft began to drift slightly to the left of centerline towards the upwind side of the runway and a vibration and rumbling noise appeared to be coming from the left main gear. Immediate corrective control input was gradually applied including full right rudder, right braking and full right aileron.
