The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
Narrative: on July 17, 1996 at 1730 hours local time, a Bell model UH-1H helicopter, N51AG, registered to agrotors, inc., made a precautionary landing in a field about five miles north of Penn Valley Airport (seg). The pilot-in-command, victor emanuel gray, landed the aircraft with no damage, because of loss of hydraulic pressure. Investigation revealed that the hydraulic pressure line from the hydraulic pump check valve to the right-hand side of the hydraulic filter head developed a crack, causing loss of hydraulic fluid. The line was replaced with new, run-up was made, and helicopter departed without further incident. The helicopter received no damage, and there were no injuries to the pilot. Visual meteorological conditions prevailed at the time and no flight plan was filed. M&d report to follow. This incident is considered closed.
