What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
Narrative: student pilot flew one traffic pattern with her instructor, then he let her go on a supervised solo. The approach was normal, but she flared too high, causing the airplane to porpoise three times. The student pilot applied power and went around. On the second landing, she hit the nosewheel hard, porpoised again and then stopped the airplane. She had damaged the nose wheel tire and rim, strut and engine firewall.
