The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
(-16) AT-400 ag aircraft conducting cotton defoliant spraying suffered loss on engine power. During the forced landing the aircraft was excessively braked causing the aircraft to flip inverted. Fuel was found on the ground at the crash site. The fuel was venting out of a broken wing. Subsequent inspect found only small amount fuel in the fuel filter, fuel sub-tank, and bowl. Manufacturer in coordination with the NTSB will conduct an inspect to determine fuel blockage or internal catastrophic engine failure.
