Narrative: N27465, a SA-227-AC being operated as mesaba airlines, inc., flight 3002, departed minneapolis, MN, enroute to Lincoln, NE. During approach the crew had reported the nose gear downlock light did not illuminate. An uneventful landing was made. Contract maintenance replaced the gear indicator light and returned the aircraft to service. This incident is closed with this report.

NARRATIVE: N27465, A SA-227-AC BEING OPERATED AS MESABA AIRLINES, INC., FLIGHT 3002, DEPARTED MINNEAPOLIS, MN, ENROUTE TO LINCOLN, NE. DURING APPROACH THE CREW HAD REPORTED THE NOSE GEAR DOWNLOCK LIGHT DID NOT ILLUMINATE. AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING WAS MADE. CONTRACT MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE GEAR INDICATOR LIGHT AND RETURNED THE AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE. THIS INCIDENT IS CLOSED WITH THIS REPORT.
