On April 9, 1997, at 1248EDT, a Zlin, N526ZL, owned by Mr. David michaelis and piloted by Mr. David v. milner struck a flagman with the wingtip while being marshalled into his parking space at the Lakeland airport near Lakeland, Florida. The flagman received minor injuries, and the aircraft was not damaged. Visual meteorological conditions prevailed and no flight plan was filed.
