From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Narrative: the pilot reported that during the landing phase of flight the aircraft was blown to the left side of the runway, the left main landing gear touched down over the left edge of the runway onto the grass. When the left main gear touched down on the grass the aircraft pulled to the left. As the aircraft veered to the left, the left wing tip came in contact with bushes which run parallel to the runway. The aircraft was pulled into the bushes, as the aircraft entered the bushes the aircraft hit a ditch breaking off the left main landing gear, bending the propeller, and damaging the nose gear. During a review of the pilot's information it was discovered that the pilot's physical had expired and that he had not received the required bi-annual flight review. privacy data omitted I consider this incident closed.
