From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Narrative: this incident occurred during part 61, local area solo takeoff and landing practice. After landing, the solo student was taxiing back for another departure and while taxiing at an engine RPM of 1100, was unable to slow the aircraft to negotiate a left 90 degree turn to the runway and ended up leaving the taxiway straight ahead. The left main gear went through a ditch that caused the left gear to collapse. The aircraft came to a full stop just slightly passed the ditch with it's prop and engine cowl embedded into a large bush, causing substantial damage to the aircraft.
