From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Narrative: when the landing gear was extended the gear up locks did not release causing the gear ckt breaker to pop with the gear partially extended. The pilot, instructor, was teaching the aircraft owner to fly and the owner was on the controls. While the instructor was trying to determine why the gear green light was not on, the owner, thinking that the gear was down landed the aircraft gear up. The instructor was counseled on the need for positive communications in the cockpit and division of attention.
