Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-16) The pilot stated that he had checked the quantity of fuel in both tanks by "dipping" each tank prior to departure. He noted 6.5 gallons in one tank, and 8.5 gallons in the other. His intention was to fly to pae (everett, WA) to fuel the aircraft. He commented that he departed martha lake at a steep climb attitude, with a 45 degree AOA or greater, possibly fuel starvation to the tank outlet parts. Due to aircraft being submerged for over 5 hours, actual fuel condition is unknown.
