From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Narrative: pilot, charles m. williams, jr., landed on a private grass strip which was 700 feet long and 200 feet wide. He stated that he saw the house which was at the end of the west runway and he said that he panicked and got on the brakes too hard. The aircraft flipped over onto it's back. There was some engine cowling, left wing tip, forward wing struts, and the tip of the vertical stabilizer damage. The weather was not a factor.
