From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Narrative: according to the cabin crew, all carry-bags were properly stowed prior to departure from the denver airport. It could not be determined if the carry on bag in question had been repositioned by the passenger after the flight departed denver. Flight attendant, good, stated that the cartons in her left hand blocked her vision of the exposed carry-on bag handles. She stated that her left foot caught the exposed handles, causing her to twist her leg. She had to remain seated for the balance of the flight. Ms. Good, stated that x-rays were taken and there is a possibility that she may have chipped a bone in her ankle.
