From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Veered on landing elected go around 45 degrees off runway. Struck trees on climbout. Failed to abort. (-23) pilot was performing touch-n-go landings on runway 25. During touchdown aircraft veered right toward edge of runway. Attempt was made to correct, however aircraft continued veering right. Pilot decided to go around. Aircraft maintained a flight path of approximately 45 degrees from the centerline of runway toward tree line. Aircraft contacted tree tops, then descended making initial impact at edge of median strip and westbound berm. Aircraft continued to skid across roadway coming to rest blocking the right hand lane of westbound traffic.
