From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

Narrative: at approximately 1835 hrs. Local, N550KE, piloted by philip lance Garrett landed lit, runway 4R. Conditions at lit were IMC, with fog and drizzle. Runways 18 and 36 were notamed, due to maintenance on the ILS. After landing N550KE was directed to expedite, due to sw airline on approach. Was instructed to turn left on taxiway whiskey. Due to the fog and runway conditions the turn was executed slightly early and the nose gear and left main gear entered the mud between the runway and taxiway, and became stuck. The aircraft was inspected at central flying service maint. Facility by FSDO personnel, and an inspection was performed by central maint. Personnel, no damage was found.
