From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Narrative: pilot cleared to land @ FFZ-R4 light turbulence on final. L/h crosswind (45DEGREE-50DEGREE). A/c made sudden turn into the wind after 400-500 rollout on landing. Right rudder correction ineffective and pilot used r/l brake to get a/c back onto runway heading. Tail section rose up, prop hit runway briefly (approx. 4" curl ea. Blade) then a/c control returned normal turn off @ taxiway. Taxied to ramp. Engine ran smoothly in spite of prop tips bent (curled).
