From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Narrative: as reported by PIC. Normal approach to landing on rwy 21L we were about to touch down, horn sounded and light on gear handle came on and props hit ground all at the same time. When I heard and felt the props hit the ground I shut down engines and we slid down center of rwy and stopped. I called fss prc and reported what happened. As reported by a certified repair station, performed functional test of landing gear, no defects noted.
