(-5) Dala F1696 enroute phx to dfw lost oil qty. And oil pressure on right engine. Flt. Declared emergency, shut down right engine and diverted to elp airport. Maintenance found right engine angle gear box chip detector loose and evidence of oil leak. Replaced chip detector, serviced oil & flight departed elp.
