Acft landed long, was unable to stop, ran off the end of the rwy. (-5)aircraft landed long; ram off the end of the runway sustaining major damage. Pilot and three passengers, one passenger had a bruised knee. Pilot stated that she had no brakes. Pilot was on a localizer approcah. Witness stated that aircraft was high over threshold, approximately 200 feet and landed on last 1/3 of runway. Aircraft went over a hill and into a brook.

ACFT LANDED LONG, WAS UNABLE TO STOP, RAN OFF THE END OF THE RWY. (-5)AIRCRAFT LANDED LONG; RAM OFF THE END OF THE RUNWAY SUSTAINING MAJOR DAMAGE.
