From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-5) During roll-out after landing, the aircraft began to pull to the right. Aircraft was kept on the runway centerline with the applications of opposite rudder. Once gail bolin realized something was wrong, she notified the Whiteman tower. Upon exiting the aircraft, she noticed that the right main landing gear wheel and fairing assembly was rotated approximately 50 to 60 degrees and the lower torque link was broken. It was determined that airworthiness directive 72-08-06 for the main landing gear torque links was not complied with.
