From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Aircraft landed gear up on runway 010 at New Orleans international airport (msy). Pilot gave no indication of a gear problem. Personnel who removed aircraft from runway found gear handle in down position and circuit breaker popped. Gear was manually lowered and a/c moved to hanger. Maintenance personnel performed gear retraction test prior to my arrival. They reported function to be normal. I had the crew re-swing the gear twice. Function was normal except there was no warning horn. They found the horn wire disconnectedwire was momentarily connected and horn worked.
