From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(.4) The pilot was landing on runway 15, and the right wing encountered a dust devil. He said that the right wing was picked up, and the airplane was rotated approximately 180 degrees. The airplane came to rest between the runway and taxiway. The left wing spar was bent and the left main landing gear was broken off. (-23) pilot reported that on landing flare a gust of wind lifted the left wing which caused the right wing to impact the ground. The aircraft then spun around on runway 15 and came to rest facing 330 degrees. The aircraft suffered a bent front right spar and a broken right main landing gear. No injuries.
