From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

On approach to landing at tus (modified right base for runway 21) I positioned the gear selector in the down position. After several seconds I slowed the aircraft more and selected flaps and noticed no movement. The right seat pilot informed me of no gear movement then. I communicated with tus tower of the situation and flew an elongated base as the second pilot trouble shot the gear system. After we received cockpit indication of the landing gear in the down position we asked for and received confirmation of the landing gear in the down position from the tower on short final and elected to land. Upon roll-out the nose gear collapsed. After the emergency crew arrieved we tried to right the aircraft to roll it off the runway and the left main collapsed.
