The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Acft stalled during aerial application and crashed, other circumstances ae unknown. (-23)the aircraft was being operated in commerical aerial application service under 14 CFR part 137. The commerically rated pilot states that he was in the process of a turn around after a swath run when the aircraft stalled. A witness reported that the aircraft came down "like a helicopter", indicating a stall/spin type accident. The wreckage also indicates damage consistent with a loss of control resulting in a stall/spin accident. The pilot reports that the weather conditions included hot temperatures and humid conditions. Additionally, the manufacturer of the aircraft recommends the use of flaps on take off and during turns. The flaps were found in the retracted position.
