From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(23) Subject aircraft landed without main landing gear in the down position. Aircraft was placed on jacks and a hydraulic mule was used to operate the landing gear system. Powerpack was found to be full of hydraulic oil. Landing gear was operated and there was a very sluggish operation of the nose gear and no operation of both main landing gears. Landing gear actuator lever was placed in the down position and the nose gear came down (basically a free fall) the main landing gear did not come down. Several cycles were required to lower the main gears. It was determined that the hydraulic power pack was defective. Hydraulic power pack was removed and send to overhaul shop by the owner.
