From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) T/o from sln, pilot felt shudder just as nose rotated, 10-15 minutes into flight right hyd low flow light came on, 10-15 minuted later left hyd low flow light came on. Main hyd press dropped to 2300 PSI. Emergency procedures for MLG extension conducted on approach to las. Aux hyd system low quantity indicator came on indicating fluid transfer but MLG would not extend. Gearup landing made, a/c sustained substantial damage to wing lower skin and spars. Fire damage to aft fuselage and empennage found left inboard MLG tire blown with a 33 inch long peeled section of tread still attached and the left MLG actuator leaking hyd fluid from 020 gap between actuator body and shuttle valve/manifold. Black marks on actuator and bulkhead.
