(-23) During takeoff from run 14 at frg airport the PIC seen birds on runway. PIC thought she hit the birds and during climb she had SIC contact tower to confirm a bird strike. Tower reported multiple birds dead on runway. PIC landed runway 19 at frg airport. Maintenance confirmed damage to left wing l/e slats only. Aircraft landed without incident.
