From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(.4)The pilot stated he had an understanding with the owner of the property he was working on, that all occupants of the property had been notified of the airplane's operations and that the area would be kept clear. The pilot did recall noticing a roadblock on the road used for takeoffs and landings. On the twelfth takeoff from the dirt road, as the tail of the airplane lifted off the ground, the pilot noticed a truck driving towards him about 50 feet ahead. The pilot attempted an evasive maneuver to avoid the truck, but impacted the front bumper of the truck with the main landing gear of the airplane. The airplane nosed over the truck and came to rest inverted. According to the owner of the property, the driver of the truck resided on the premises and was made aware that airplane activities were being conducted on the farm. (-23)the airman,a pilot of tail-wheel type airplane, took off from a farm lane (driveway) to spread seed for the owner of the farm. After applying takeoff power and while in a three-point altitude on the take off roll, the pilot used a tree in front of him to align the take off roll. When he raise d the tail, the pilot saw a pick-up truck, approximately 50 feet in front of him. The pilot tried to pull up and simultaneously swerve to the left. The airplane struck the truck. The pilot got out, unhurt, and found the driver of the truck nearby. The pilot report stated that the driver of the truck was taken to fmh (frederick memorial hospital) and release.
