From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

The aircraft was moving slghtly above taxi speed. The left wing tip and elevator tip struck the ground causing minor damage. The loss of directional control was caused by the left main landing gear wheel inner half breaking at the bearing race causing the bearing to collapse inside the wheel. As the wheel came apart, it caused the left brake caliper to be ripped from the hub.
